ATL has greatly benefitted from Sharon’s expertise in the design and delivery of our managers’ training sessions over the past three years. So much so, that we are rolling out a mental health awareness session for the rest of the union’s workforce. Sharon really listens to what we are trying to achieve and ensures that the training delivered is carefully tailored to our needs. Sharon’s willingness to offer support and advice to our managers outside the sessions, shows what a committed professional she is and her willingness to exceed our expectations is greatly appreciated
