My observations of successful entrepreneurs and the research that I have carried out has led me to write this article, emphasising the attitudes and behaviours that I think differentiate successful entrepreneurs from the average person. Do these behaviours and attitudes strike a chord with you or have you observed additional things?
Entrepreneurs are important because the research has demonstrated that an owner or leader with an entrepreneurial personality is more likely to achieve business success and high value growth. There has been a lot of research into how Entrepreneurs differ from the average worker and there are questions about whether different Entrepreneurial skills and attitudes are required at different stages of a venture e.g. start-up. Having said that, the research has identified some behaviours and attitudes of Entrepreneurs that we can all learn from, in order to become more Entrepreneurial.
